HOW EASYPAGE WORKS
Below is a brief guide on how the EASYPAGE process works. Each project is unique; together we'll look at the required tasks, desired updates, availability, and assess your personalised timeline.

ENQUIRY
No harm in asking! Send us an enquiry with some information regarding your business and the task(s) you'd like support with. If you are unsure of what it is you exactly need, just have your To Do list ready and we'll explore options during the discovery call.

DISCOVERY CALL
This is where we discuss in more depth what you need support with, whether it’s a one off project, or ongoing support.
We will get a clear understanding of your business goals, and make sure we are definitely the right fit before continuing. This call can be video, phone, or ,depending on location, in person. You decide!

EASYPAGE PLAN
After our Discovery Call, if it’s a one off project you require, we will take some time to draft a plan. This is usually within 48 hours after the call, but can vary depending on the size of the project.
This draft will provide a full plan, timeframe for entire project, and the total cost breakdown.

REVIEW
Once you've had time to review the initial plan, we will discuss any issues, changes, and/or additional tasks that might be required.
After these points have been revised, we will confirm the final EASYPAGE plan and start date.

TERMS & CONTRACTS
Extra peace of mind and clarity for both parties!
We will send you our tailored terms, this will make sure we’re all on the same page about things such as the workload expectations, remuneration, insurances & privacy, communication. We will also review any contracts for your company may wish to send.

TIMETRACKING
We keep track of what we’re working on via a spreadsheet which you can request at any time. On here we log the tasks, any notes, along with the start & finish time.
We understand that working someone virtually can be difficult to trust, and we do everything we can to form this trust.

UPDATES
As well as the spreadsheet, we also ensure we keep you updated via your preferred comms.
The amount and type of updates differs from each client. Some prefer a call in the morning and messages during the day, others prefer just one email to close off the day. It's completely up to you!

DELIVERY
Once the project or tasks are finished, we send everything over and book in a call to run over everything, this is an opportunity for you to raise any edits or issues.

EXTENDED WORK
Sometimes you can't predict your workload, and you may realise you need some more support at the end of the booked time, don't fret! If you decide you would like to extend the project, we will discuss availability, required timeframe, costs, and see what's possible.

ONGOING TASKS
We are also useful for ongoing tasks such as admin management, ordering, bookings, bookkeeping, onboarding, and so much more. If you find yourself needing support, we can discuss booking a set amount of hours a week/month to keep these things ticking over smoothly for you.
